AMP Studios Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Window: Appointments cannot be cancelled within a week (7 days) leading up to the scheduled appointment date. However, clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments during this time.
  2. Rescheduling: If you need to make changes to your appointment, you have the option to reschedule it. You can reschedule your appointment up to the day before the scheduled appointment date. To reschedule, please contact our reception at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. Late Rescheduling: In case you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that rescheduling within this timeframe is subject to the availability of our studio and staff.
