1. Purpose

AMP Visual Media INC. is committed to upholding the highest standards of human rights as outlined by internationally recognized frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), Core Labor Standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). This policy ensures that we operate responsibly, with respect for human dignity, equality, and inclusion.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, clients, and collaborators. It ensures that every individual connected to AMP Visual Media is treated fairly and in accordance with the principles set out by international human rights guidelines.


3. Policy Statement

AMP Visual Media INC. prohibits any form of discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment, in alignment with the following frameworks:

  • Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR):
    We are committed to ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity and has equal access to opportunities, free from discrimination.
  • International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Standards:
    We adhere to the principles of freedom of association, elimination of forced labor, abolition of child labor, and the elimination of discrimination in respect to employment and occupation.
  • UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs):
    We recognize our responsibility to respect human rights across our operations and business relationships, preventing and addressing potential negative impacts.

4. Anti-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity

We promote an environment where no individual is treated unfairly based on:

  • Race, ethnicity, or nationality
  • Gender identity or expression
  • Sexual orientation
  • Disability, mental health, or medical conditions
  • Religion or spiritual beliefs
  • Age or family status

This aligns with the ILO core standards and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, ensuring that equality and fairness are maintained across all levels of employment.


5. Anti-Harassment and Safe Workplace Policy

In accordance with the UDHR and ILO standards, we maintain a workplace free from harassment. We define harassment as any unwelcome behavior—verbal, physical, or psychological—that creates a hostile environment. AMP Visual Media ensures a safe, respectful workplace through:

  • Prevention of physical or verbal harassment
  • Addressing workplace bullying immediately
  • No retaliation for those reporting in good faith

6. Reporting and Grievance Mechanism

AMP Visual Media has implemented clear procedures for reporting grievances, ensuring they are handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially. We aim to align our process with the UNGPs, which emphasize corporate responsibility in resolving human rights violations.

  • Anonymous reporting: Employees and partners can report concerns confidentially.
  • Timely response: All reports will be reviewed within 10 business days.
  • Corrective action: If a violation is confirmed, appropriate measures will be taken, including termination if necessary.

7. Continuous Improvement and Compliance

We commit to regularly reviewing and updating this policy to reflect new developments in human rights practices and to remain in compliance with ILO, UNGP, and OECD guidelines. This includes:

  • Ongoing staff training on human rights principles
  • Partnering with clients and vendors who share our values
  • Monitoring and auditing internal practices to ensure alignment
